Shipping
The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. We will assist
the buyer with finding a shipping company, call us for
more information. We can usually arrange door to door shipping practically
anywhere. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after leaving
our premises. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be
received before the vehicle is delivered to the shipping company.
Buyer's
Inspection
Every effort has been made to accurately and fairly describe this vehicle. Please be aware that used
vehicles may have typical scratches, dings, and ordinary signs of wear that are inherent for their year and
mechanical parts are subject to fail. Since there is no way for us to predict the future running condition of any vehicle, we do offer and recommend a buyer purchase a warranty in order to avoid any costs associated with a possible mechanical breakdown. We do welcome and
recommend a buyer's inspection prior to bidding if at all possible. Winning bidders are expected to follow through with purchase as per ebay rules, 'normal wear' and expected dings, scratches, etc that are consistent with vehicles year and mileage will not be considered reason enough to cancel a sale.
Please
be advised that pictures and descriptions provided, are in order to best
describe vehicle. Please expect 'normal wear' that would be
consistent with vehicles age and mileage. Although a vehicle may be described as in 'strong running condition', mechanically, a standard service which may be consistent with vehicles age and mileage may be in order. Also, since we cannot predict the future running condition of this vehicle, we do recommend purchasing a warranty (see link or call us for a price quote) in order to avoid costs associated with an unpredictable breakdown. be advised that we are serious about selling so please be serious about
buying. Buyers who do not follow through with transaction will be reported
to eBay. High bidder may be asked to confirm buying intention prior to end
of auction, either by email or by phone. We ask that you please respond as
soon as possible, so as to avoid having bid retracted.
Please
do not bid on this vehicle unless you are 100% certain you'll be able to
follow through with transaction (please, no excuses).
We
reserve the right to cancel all bids and end an auction early should the
vehicle no longer be available for sale.
Bid
Retractions
Bid retractions are not allowed nor will be recognized within 24 hours of
auctions end. Seller will not be obligated to sell in the event of a
late retraction.
Negative
Feedback Bidders
New bidders with
zero feedback rating or bidders with negative feedback history should email us or call us prior to bidding in order to confirm buying intentions, we do reserve the right to cancel bids if no contact is made.
Successful
Bidder
The winning bidder will be contacted via email or by phone after the auction closes or
he/she must contact us either by phone or email (njautocenter@aol.com) within 24 hours to proceed with payment and delivery
arrangements.
Buyer
will be asked to leave a 25% deposit or pick up vehicle within a 48 hour
period. If buyer is not able to pick up vehicle within a 48 hour period
then a deposit will be necessary. Major
credit cards (m/c, visa, amex, discover) may be used towards 25% deposit
maximum. Cash, wire transfers, or certified funds are acceptable
towards balance. N.J. residents must pay 7% sales tax (no sales tax
collected from residents out of state).
Non-Paying
Bidder
Should the winning bidder fail to contact us within 24 hours of auction ending and/or a deposit is not received within 48 hours of the close of auction, we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell the vehicle
to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer.
If you can NOT agree with
these terms please do not bid.
